Common questions

How do I book a Mistri?

Open a provider profile and tap "Book now" or "Quick message". You will be connected on WhatsApp to agree the details. You need to add your phone number once so the Mistri can reach you.

Are the Mistris verified?

Yes. Providers are checked before they appear: CNIC, phone, and (where provided) a police character certificate are reviewed by our team. Verified badges show on their profile.

I am a Mistri. How do I join?

Tap "Become a Mistri", create an account (or continue with Google), then complete the short registration. If you are stuck, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you sign up.

How do payments work?

Payment is arranged directly with the Mistri, usually cash on completion. You agree the price with them before the work starts.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen tap "Forgot password?". We email you a 6-digit code to enter in the app and set a new password. If you cannot get in, message us on WhatsApp.
